Recovery housing is not a substitute for emergency, medical, psychiatric, detoxification, or licensed clinical treatment unless a specific page clearly and factually states otherwise.
Suspected opioid overdose
- Give naloxone if it is available.
- Call 911 immediately.
- Try to keep the person breathing and place them on their side.
- Stay with them until emergency help arrives.
