Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the site.
If a form or page includes a notice about local storage, opt-in consent, or limited use, that notice is part of the site experience and should be followed.
Educational content
Articles and tools are designed to support education and planning. They do not diagnose visitors, and they do not replace individualized medical, psychiatric, detoxification, or licensed clinical care.
Recovery housing is not a substitute for emergency, medical, psychiatric, detoxification, or licensed clinical treatment unless a specific page clearly and factually states otherwise.
No guarantees
The site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every article, policy, resource link, or contact pathway will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the site design, copy, and structure are owned by Verity Treatment Center LLC or licensed for its use. Do not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Scope of services
Verity describes a coordinated, Christ-centered continuum of care. Services that are active are provided directly, and other clinical services are coordinated through appropriately licensed providers and referral partners as applicable. Current availability and operational status are shown on each program page.
Nothing on this website creates an offer of treatment, a treatment relationship, or a guarantee that any specific service is available. Admissions conversations determine fit, availability, and next steps.
Not medical advice and no patient relationship
Website content is provided for general information only and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or individualized medical, psychiatric, legal, or clinical advice.
Using the website, contacting admissions, or submitting an inquiry does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, or treatment relationship. Clinical care begins only after an appropriate intake and assessment with the applicable licensed provider.
Emergency guidance
This website is not monitored for emergencies. For immediate danger, call 911. For emotional crisis support, call or text 988.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation.
Do not submit detailed medical, psychiatric, detoxification, overdose, or other urgent crisis information through a general web form. Share only the basic details needed for a callback or admissions response.
Third-party services and referrals
Where Verity coordinates services through independently operated providers or referral partners, those providers operate under their own licenses, policies, and terms. Verity is not responsible for the actions or omissions of independently operated third-party providers.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verity is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as services, law, or operations change. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact Verity using the phone or email listed on the contact page.
Limitation of use
Do not rely on the website for emergency response, medical decisions, or clinical advice. If there is immediate danger, call 911. If you need emotional crisis support, call or text 988.
SMS and text-message terms
Text-message (SMS) contact from Verity Treatment Center LLC happens only with your affirmative consent. On the website inquiry forms, you consent by voluntarily checking the optional SMS consent box. A telephone number alone is never treated as consent, and the box is unchecked by default and not required to submit the form.
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from Verity Treatment Centers. This includes conversational SMS messages for: admissions, placement, or availability updates; program and service updates; continuing-care and aftercare coordination; sober-living and recovery-housing follow-up; practical check-ins; and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for more information. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Consent is voluntary. Choosing not to check the box, or opting out later, will not affect the care, housing, or services you receive.
Conversational: when you text Verity's published phone number to ask a question or start a conversation, you initiate the messaging session. That counts as consent for a conversational reply.
Express opt-in: you can give express consent by checking the optional SMS consent box on the website inquiry form, by texting Verity's published phone number, or by agreeing to text-message follow-up during a phone or email conversation with the admissions team. Opting out by replying STOP ends text-message contact across all Verity messaging programs and overrides any earlier opt-in.
Consent records: we log and track consent, opt-in, and opt-out records for each messaging conversation, including how and when consent was given, the disclosure version shown, and the source and method of consent. These records may be used to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements, and may be provided to carriers or regulators if requested.
Each message we send includes opt-out instructions (for example, “Reply STOP to end”), and all opt-out requests are honored promptly and across every Verity text-message program.
For help or questions about your messages, call (833) 817-7094 or email admissions@veritytreatmentcenters.com. We do not request sensitive clinical information by text message.
- Messages are conversational and informational, sent to support your inquiry and follow-up - not as an unrelated marketing program.
- Message categories: as a behavioral-health and recovery-housing organization, the types of messages we may send under this consent include (1) opt-in confirmations; (2) answers to your inquiry or questions; (3) information you requested; (4) appointment or call coordination; (5) admissions, placement, or availability updates; (6) program and service updates; (7) continuing-care and aftercare coordination; (8) sober-living and recovery-housing follow-up; (9) practical check-ins; and (10) replies to messages you send us. This list covers every category of message we may send under this consent.
- Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges billed by your mobile carrier.
- Messaging frequency may vary depending on the conversation and the stage of your inquiry or care. There is no fixed number of messages per week or month.
- No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
- Opt-out: replying STOP opts you out immediately. You receive a confirmation that you are opted out, and no further messages are sent to you. To opt back in, reply START.
- Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by your carrier, device, network, or service area.
- We do not purchase or use third-party lists of phone numbers, and we do not sell, rent, or share opt-in phone numbers with third parties or affiliates.
